Chartwell House Project

This new build project was for clients who wanted to stay close to where they currently lived but wanted a more manageable property. They had used a local firm of Chartered Surveyors to design the house and produce the necessary documentation to be able to obtain competitive tenders. Once chosen we then worked directly with the client to build their dream house.
